This is a fast food restaurant but I like that they offer some healthier options such as green beans. They also have chicken without breading. That being said, they also have amazing fried chicken and biscuits. The staff here is always friendly.

We routinely come to Bryson City 3 times a year and every trip we go to this Bojangles at least once. The people are super nice, polite, and they make sure our order is correct. The food this morning was outstanding and we didn’t wait in the drive through long at all. The other restaurants in Bryson City could take lessons from these great employees on how to treat customers! Will definitely be going back!

Stopped by to pick up some lunch, ordered a To Go dinner. Service was friendly, quickly completed. I found that my meal was delicious when I finally had time to enjoy it. Pleasantly surprised to find that the packaging for my items kept them warm. I was expecting that things might have cooled off to room temperature. I would return again for a chicken meal.

Always out of their new Sweet Potato Pie, why? Because they are so delicious and in demand! Love their fried chicken, so much better than KFC. Less Greasy more tasty and crunchy. The price is a little less than KFC too.

This was my first time at a Bojangles, so I don’t know if this is normal, but I didn’t love that they announce your order on a (very loud) microphone as you make the order. My dad tells me this was common a few decades ago, but I could’ve done without it (or at least a warning).

Was charged for two Cajun biscuits but had literally no seasoning on them, and we waited 6 minutes for them to cook. Very disappointing for the price, especially for our first time stopping at one.

Visited while I was on vacation to north carolina from Michigan, where we don’t have a bojangles … I’m going to crave this for the rest of my life. I hope to visit again soon so I can try it again. Workers were so sweet and nice too. I love it down south

Fresh hot food made to order. I ordered the 8 pc chicken family pack that came with 4 biscuits, 2 sides, and a half gallon of tea. The chicken was a little too much for my liking, I pulled some of the crisp skin off. The mashed potatoes/gravy were on point, as was the cajun rice. Highly recommend those sides. I will try the cole slaw on my next visit. The biscuits were big, thick, and fluffy. One is enough to load with honey and enjoy. The wait time was acceptable considering the food is made to order. Service was good, but I had to remind the cashier to give me the bottle of water she left out my order.
