Quality of service is constantly going down. I have been frequenting this place for years. It has become a common occurrence of workers mislabeling pickup bags. Loud teenagers crowd the space. Inexperienced staff now asking for tips on PICKUP orders they can’t get right. What is the point of putting names on the items if they will then mix them up in the wrong bag. My family and I are done with this chipotle.

I spent $50+ on 3 bowls and a burrito. I asked for a side of vinaigrette. I was told by the guy behind the counter I can only have a side of dressing if I had ordered a salad. I explained to him I ordered bowls with lettuce on the bowls and asked him to ask a manager. He fumbled around the back counter and then told me they are completely out of vinaigrette. He could not be bothered to look in the back. So no dressing for salads. Unbelievably bad customer experience.

Okay. This Chipotle needs a lot of improvement. Service is mediocre. The employees often will just ignore you when you approach the counter and the food is consistently overly salted. The Pleasant Hill locations have higher quality

Busy today, but fairly quick and friendly service. Love that we can eat with special diet restrictions and our daughter loves the hard taco kids meal that includes chips and a drink on the side.

Why did I go back a second time when the first was awful? Smallest portions. They strategically wrap the burritos in order to put the least ingredients possible, literally came out to be half the size of a normal burrito with layer upon layer of tortilla. Burrito bowl didn’t even fill the bottom part of the bowl of ingredients. The corporate solution? You have to go back two more times for BOGO to recoup your money. Chipotle used to be great. Now all the stores have terrible reviews.
