Definitely a Dunkin’ Lover. I love the deals that you get on the app and I definitely apply my points for my espresso shot. Lol this location makes my coffee just write literally every time. Have you ever went to a Dunkin and it taste different well this one will always make it taste pretty much the same every time. I love it. Girl work in the drive-through is pretty cool one of my favorite Winston Salem locations.

I placed a mobile order for the drive thru. When I came to pick it up I was told to come around. I waited in line for about 10 mins. Clearly they were busy. Not that big of deal. My turn came around. I pulled up to the window. It was opened and unmanned for a good 5mins. When the employee came to window I said I have a mobile order for Brenna. He handed me my coffee and then I said I also had a sandwich. He mumbled something and then left me at the window for another 10mins with no explanation. . .when he came back he asked if I would pull over to side since they were busy and that they wanted to get the cars behind me out the way. Okay. . So I asked if there was an eta on the 1 sandwich I ordered. . .I was cut off and told to just pull over. To which I responded with I would like an ETA I placed a mobile order and the drive thru expecting to be in and out. I had some where to be. I wanted the ETA to decide if I could afford to wait or request a refund on my sandwich. He said actually here it is and shoved the bag out window rudely. . My sandwich was burnt and not edible. . So not only did I waste my time I also wasted money on food I couldn’t eat. .

I’d give less then 1 star if it was an option – worst place ever. Ordered a dozen donuts to bring to hospital and the workers said they “filled” them fresh with chocolate filling, each and every donut was “unfilled”. Took 3 phone calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. She claimed the manager was on the phone and accused us of not telling the truth. We had pictures as well. We told her we spent $20+ on donuts that were not provided. We then told her we would bring them back and she hung up on us. Everyone makes mistakes for sure, it is the customer service that was ridiculously awful. Usually a place that makes a mistake with the order is usually very helpful in rectifying it. This was pathetic. Stay away.

The ladies were all helpful and very courteous. The music was pumping (not outrageously) and made for a fun environment. They have picnic tables outside,so you can enjoy the weather. Coffee and donuts were excellent as always. Would definitely prefer Dunkin coffee over Starbucks anyday.

More than half of the doughnuts were out. The staff was friendly and patient while I selected others for my online order. The doughnuts were starting to get a tad bit hard around the edges. I guess because they are probably made fresh 1x per day. I wish online would be more accurate with what is actually on hand in store. Doughnuts are too expensive not to be fresh. Exterior was clean

Poor and rude customer service. I have place an order for one glaze and chocolate glaze do it with sprinkle. They handover the order me without notifying they ran out of sprinkles. I asked whatever sprinkles they have they can do it instead of rainbow. He said he has strawberry. He hand over old donut with rainbow sprinkle. I didn’t ask n e question and left but it’s reduclous that you keep this kind old rotten food. Donuts was very hard and dry and old.

Son went in to get breakfast and I went in to use the bathroom… He left empty handed they were out of croissants for the sandwich he wanted.. Actually he did buy a iced coffee that he enjoyed. I on the other hand didn’t use the restroom the door didn’t lock? Really Dunkin Donuts no lock on the bathroom door?

Worst customer service ever. If i said my order is wrong how HARD is it to fix it? A simply request on NOT to put CREAM on my bagel. I don’t like a lot of cream cheese, ..next time I’ll just order from the one on peters creek, they are much more nicer & QUICKER!
