Came here for Valentines Day with big expectations considering they just underwent a revamp and remodel. Left feeling extremely disappointed. The ambience/vibe was almost awkward. There was no music playing, so you could hear every tables conversation. The linen of the booth is dirty and stained and had missing buttons on the booths linens. Just got back from here. Had an amazing dining experience! Great view, food was amazing (girlfriend said she’ll never be able to eat anything else ever again!). Paul was our server and was very attentive and very fun! We were celebrating an anniversary and we were treated like we we’re regulars. Over all great! We will be back for other occasions for sure and we both hope to have Paul waiting on us again.

The place is beautiful but we were seated in a table that obscured the view because of the massive chairs. We were not greeted until we were sitting for 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t very busy for a Friday night dinner service. We asked the server if they carried Private Stock and he had no idea what we’re were even talking about. I pointed out the drink I was ordering and an ingredient was Private Stock. A server should know the specials. We, finally get our drinks (40 minutes after being seated) only to have my drink spilled in my lap by the server. We clean up and try to salvage the rest of this dinner. The food was mediocre, at best. A fine dining restaurant that offers only French fries with a strip steak is not fine dining.

From valet to the front desk, they were horrible! I booked a room here to prepare for my wedding the next day. I had a ton of bags the valet watched me unload it all with no help offered. We had to fine someone to receive a cart to move everything, we had to push the cart our self, we were given the wrong room and it couldn’t be changed due to being “booked”, to top it off the room was half clean when we returner after having to ask for it to be cleaned. The food was disgusting and the restaurant smelled funny. This was a complete waste of money.

Best view of Detroit you can find. This is a very classy place with excellent food. On busy days you will likely need to make a reservation. Come here to impress the pants off your date. Pricing is in the mid to high range but very worth it.
