Not the best Chipotle in South Florida. Last time I came here they ran out of chicken, which seems bizarre considering how tiny and limited their menu is. Atop that the bathrooms are very dirty. In general I think Chipotle could price their food a dollar or two lower considering they don’t give you sides included but given the quality of the food overall and the general dining experience it’s fine.

Most chipotles have their problems, I believe it is part of their business model to supply good food with a poor customer experience… but this Chipotle…. This one is extra special in the problems department. Really I am the one with the problem because I continue coming back here but unfortunately it is literally right around the corner from my office and I enjoy the food.

Need to really look at your service there, worst Chipolte I’ve been too. You need more than one person on the line to make the food, one person is not enough. I get staffing is challenging, but management needs to step up to the plate and figure it out. I left, and I saw a few other people leave as well. The line was not that bad, but it was taking way too long. Not the ladies fault, she did her best, it’s a management problem, and they sure do not care about the customer experience. Maybe you should start franchising, I’m sure they would be run better. Chik filet does not seem to have a problem staffing up there stores, maybe you should look in to what they’re doing.

We come here pretty frequently and some workers are great but other workers love to skimp you on your food. I’m paying for a portion not the three last pieces in the bucket. I would rather wait for fresh ones so I can have a normal portion then for you to be scraping the last light bit and then when I ask for more you say “Its extra”. Also my husbands bowl was half empty last time he went. I love Chipotle but we need to be reasonable here. Chipotle already raised their prices so give people what they are paying for.

I ordered the paleo salad with guac and double meat. Where is the lettuce? It looks like a 25cent portion not at all worth 15 dollars I was charged. It was cold and smelled like swapass(looked like it too) it was inedible. I tried to call because bought on lunch break. Phone does not even let you leave a message. no one answers. called corporate same thing. No one answers. THis company does not care at all about its customers and their negative experience. I am a loyal customer to chipotle. I always get a chicken burrito. Same thing every time. This time I got a chicken burrito like always and as I picked it up it completely fell apart. I’m very mad about this situation and how chipotle workers don’t know how to wrap a burrito correctly. It’s genuinely not that hard. This experience has ruined my meal and desire to ever go back. 4/26/22 Service with a smile is not out of fashion at this location. Kendric greeted up and made the experience rememberable . Yes, just for a quick bite but service with a smile goes a long way food was good and restaurant was clean. Recommend .
