Was not sure how this would turn with only 10 reviews, it is only open 4 nights a week, and when we got there we learned it was takeout only….. I can honestly say it was a happy surprise, the pizza smelled so good in the car on the way back to hotel we were dieing, lol. I love wood fired pizza and Ellie’s has a good thing here. It was perfectly cooked, I don’t remember the name of mine but it was bacon and jalapeño, for lack of a better word it was delicious. Next time I am in Yuma for work I will definitely be back. Keep making GREAT Pizza!!!

Best Neopolitan style pizza in Yuma! Hard to find when they are closed. I had driven by outside of their work hours and thought it must have shut down. It is open and very good.

Super delicious, wood fired pizza, crust is the perfect kind of chewy and toasty. Veggie pizza even had sun dried tomatoes which is a rare but welcome topping. Also, Friendly service!

This place is straight up enfuego. Really really good wood fire pizza. They pay attention to all the important details – like imported flour from Italy. And the owner and his wife are super awesome and happy to share all the pizza making tips your heart desires. The place is pickup right now but they have plans for a dine-in option soon and I imagine it’s gonna be vibing. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice little spot, they only offer take out. That don’t mean you can’t bite it as soon as they give it to you! The Debo and Margherita are my favorite, dough cooked to perfection and crispy…Great service and excellent for those Sundays that you don’t want to cook, also you can call ahead and order for pick up.

Man I forgot to post the day I got my pizzas! This is got to be the hands down best pizza in Yuma! I just moved from New England and to keep on lvl was going to be hard but Ellie’s killed it! Highly recommended! Forget about where to buy pizza just head over to Ellie’s you will not regret it!!!
