Horrible service and rude to elderly. We went to kfc today on 08/25/23 at 5:00pm and the cashier didn’t give my 96 year old grandmother her senior discount after she asked for it, then when we asked for it he argued that she didn’t ask for it. Also watch out after they gave us the discount. Charged them extra for sauce. Hmmmm they never did that before and they come here every week. I wouldn’t review if I didn’t care about my grandparents. SMH

The woman I usually see that works here is so nice and efficient. (Unfortunately I don’t know her name.) The chicken is good here but be careful when you are reheating the chicken at home because the texture might get a little tough. The sauces are amazing.

Food was exactly as expected, but what was better was the patience of the staff! I had my two littles in tow in getting them to decide on what they want to eat can be like pulling teeth sometimes! They hemmed and hawed and FINALLY made a decision about the food they wanted and the staff were SO incredibly patient with them while they weighed each food option “oh so carefully” 🙂 Thank you KFC staff for making my kiddos feel important enough that you waited with total patience while they made their choices.

First time ordering delivery in Orange County, I clicked the bucket meal but low & behold when I called to find out why I didn’t get mash potatoes, & coleslaw that comes with the bucket meal. They tell me it didn’t show as a bucket meal. I also ordered side of biscuits extra, and an side of coleslaw. Got no honey or hot sauce for the biscuits and chicken. $35 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits and 1 extremely small coleslaw (i guess that was the extra side I ordered). I knew I should have ordered Thai No more KFC for me….

Dirty place. Bad crew at closing during weekends who are only interested in getting out of there. Food is over priced and over done hard, crunchy and dry. Floors look like a 13 year old mopped them without adult supervision. Gross
