My favorite place for burgers. The price, the quality, the portions – everything is great! I ordered the double-double burger, fries, and chocolate shake. The fries could have been better, but the burger is top-notch, fresh, very tasty and not too greasy. Despite the large number of customers, the place is very clean and the service is fast. The staff is friendly, polite, and positive. If you have never been here, I recommend a visit.

Got combo no. 2 which is a cheeseburger, fries, and a medium size beverage. Good value for the money with the whole meal cost under $9. The burger came out correct and fast while not too greasy. The fries also came out piping hot and right amount of crisp. Ordering experience was fast with friendly staffs despite long drive thru line.

In-n-out is always great and the simplicity of their menu and nominal price is what does it for me. Even the drive through is under 15 mins. The simplest menu, fresh tasting ingredients is great. I always get the double double and fries Highlh recommend it if you haven’t tried in-n-out ever and this might sound controversial but shake shake in Austin just didn’t live up to its NY reputation, I’m sorry.

I appreciate the food handlers’ attitude. They were properly equipped and the food prep area was clean. I have a habit of glancing every restaurant, since I am a certified food manager for my business. Hygienic and clean fast food restaurants are not very common. This location was perfect. As well as the decent and clean looking staff with uplifting attitude.

In-N-Out is the best, but this location is the best of the best. One night after a long but good day, at 1am, an employee Alexis (I think) was walking out let’s say 10 seconds before I was – he held the door open for me. That’s the kind of service I “hope for” when fine dining – it’s the kind of country I hope to live in – and in my book, it’s absolutely above and beyond. It was such a small gesture – and it was the cherry on top for an otherwise always fantastic experience (I’ve been to this location probably 30 times over 5 years). It’s always perfectly clean & the staff always go above and beyond.

The salt you put in the fries is just excessive. What’s the point of ‘fresh potatoes’ when it’s just doused in salt? Salt is not a game of how much can you shake the shaker till your arm tires out! It affects taste and health. Go easy on it please!!

I’ve been to this In N Out many times. They are extremely cost efficient, as you can get an pretty good meal for under $10. The fries taste a little stale, but the burgers are delicious. They tend to get a long drive theu line and you can’t leave it once you’re in it, so you may spend 20+ minutes in the line during busy times, but for the amount of people that go there, they it’s pretty efficient. The workers are always kind and efficient. They have occasionally gotten my order wrong, but when they do, they fix it quickly and don’t ask for the incorrect food back to throw it away.
