So, I’m not trying to be that dude. However, they messed up my order a few weeks ago. I spoke to a manager, and they said the next time I come in, I would just get a free pizza that matched my order. Fair enough, I go in today to make good on it, and they tell me the manager didn’t make a note of it, and I would need to come in when they were in. Will not be coming back to this location. Even while I was in there, I heard employees talking about another messed up order. Rather go somewhere where the crew is better trained.

If by chance your order never delivers, they won’t help you in figuring out what is wrong, instead they will double down and become accusatory. Even when I have a Ring and security cameras outside my house they will say I edited them so they wont admit fault. The manager is especially rude and confrontational will not even give you benefit of the doubt especially since I have been a customer of theirs for years.
