We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This restaurant is great for a quick bite. The food is always good and hot. I recommend almost anything on the menu because I’ve tried so much of it over time. I recommend the spice chicken sandwiches and funnel cake frys. There fries are amazing. Very highly recommended this restaurant!!!!!

Overcooked cold food or frozen in the middle. Automated order system unhelpful, Employees are unhelpful and I’m not sure how to get A refund at this point. Only thing good was the phrayes and the regular cheesebueverything else at this point I wouldn’t trust.

When I got to the window the woman working told me they were only taking online orders. She was very rude. I went ahead and placed the order online. After I made the order and went to pick up at the window she basically threw the bag at me through the window and almost dropped it and just looked at me as though it was my fault. I ordered two double rallyburgers. She made me singles. I had to wait again for her to come back where I showed her that they were singles and she refused to fix the order. I do not understand how this particular rallys is so terrible almost every single time I come here. This is not the first time I have had issues at this store but it will be my last because I will never return.

I always make sure I get a strawberry swirl! If you haven’t tried it you are missing something. Cool and delicious. Store is always clean too. Need to mention the lady that waits on me almost every time I go in, that she is very nice and courteous.

I have only been here a couple times n both have been bad. First time I order chicken strips they was so dry that even my Lil furbabies wouldn’t ear them… n today I order a fries lovers n guess what so cold I didn’t eat them I will be calling to talk to them tomorrow. That was at 430 500 time for dinner on my way home to mansfield. Both time I was on my way home. So I amn9t going to fight my way back thur traffic off of 71 to come back…I wish they would get it together

After drinking a fountain drink today @ my Drs office while waiting to be called . When all the cola was gone. And only the melted ice and a little water left in bottom of the cup. I was talking to another patient .And took a drink of the half melted ice cubes to take my medicine.And omg there was bugs floating, hair , and bug legs in the cup of melted ice. Omg i ran into nurses station showed them and my Dr. He advised me to go to the restroom and try to make myself empty my stomach. When finished at Drs i went bk to Rallys ask for mgr she came out said .I AM THE MGR.!!!
