Rod was AMAZING. Drinks were good. Food is absolutely terrible. No reason the menu should be so expensive, i ordered yesterdays soup and it tasted like yesterdays soup. My friend ordered pollo Ala plancha and the chicken was not cooked all the way and it was served on a bed on chili?? Like what. No offense to the chef but it’s giving line cook. If I had to describe the food, i would say McNasty. S/o to Rod though! Great customer service and very understanding. #GoForTheDrinks

Inara our waitress was exceptional! She answered all our questions about the food and gave her recommendations. It was my birthday and she offered to take a few pictures for us, lit the candles for my cake, and always made sure we were good. I wish I could rate her more. The food was delicious and flavorful. We really enjoyed our night.

Aubry was simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed every food recommendation. The ambiance is simply gorgeous. Then to top it off with some pretty amazing service. I definitely recommend this location for great service, food and ambiance. Trash made a reservation for 4:30pm got to the restaurant early only to be told they tried calling me to let me know the kitchen won’t be open until 5pm. Who takes reservations without letting the customer know the kitchen won’t be open then call and not leave a voicemail? Then when I express my issue with the hostess she says “Well I tried calling a couple of times”

I went in Bazati with a date normal business hours. Sat down , no service. Went up to the bar for service, the place was “dead” only 2 people in the whole restaurant/bar. The bartender was extremely rude, she did not make my cocktail correctly , no spears for the “fruit” in the drink , I had to fish it out with my fingers/ no napkins. I asked her for a glass with my date’s order, she did not listen to what I asked and when I told her she got the request wrong , she got angry. I only had the one drink I ordered from Bazati that night and I was extremely sick the next day (never happened to me before and I am not a young guy).

Love this place! Music and ambiance are perfect. I felt like I was in the French Riviera. Style is just right. It’s Europe in the beltline. Caroline is wonderful and making things work with functionality and service. She is working her magic! Very Happy to have Brasserie and Estrella in our neighborhood!

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. A group of 10 so we were pleased that they could accommodate us with no reservations. All the other restaurants were like an hour to two hour wait time but they said they could take us right away(red flag). We sat down and the hostess told us she could only give us a couple of menus because of a menu shortage. Another red flag—the restaurant was half full but our wait time for our food was over an hour. We were told that they were transitioning chefs so they were aware that some things on the menu were not available?? Not really sure what that means but explains why the food was so bad. My fish(branzino) was mushy and the couscous was overcooked. The burgers were overcooked and they said they ran out of ketchup. We were not aware of their policy of splitting checks and that’s our fault cause later we saw it posted everywhere—on the website in bold letters and on the menu. The fact that that’s posted in big bold writing is another red flag. Our server just seemed out to lunch. The prices of the food definitely did not add up to the quality of the food. Very disappointing experience and would never go back there again.

2 margaritas were $41.00. They were $32.00 for both and they add a 18% gratuity. I don’t care if it’s for a meal but for 2 drinks an 18% gratuity is bogus.
