I ordered delivery because I have a newborn I waited over an hour after getting the text that my pizza was out for delivery just for my pizza to arrive to me cold and visibly looked old. I live 5 minutes away. Never ordering from here again.

I don’t know if you respond to your reviews. However, your new GM or Manager, the female. What a wonderful choice… I have eaten at your location 3 times and switched due to Papa John’s burning me on an order. She took my order and noticed it had been a moment since coming in and actually wanted to know about the gap, anything we can improve on and wanted to get to know her regulars at the location.

Every time I come to pick up food for myself or an Uber eats order no one greets you at the front, whatsoever. I will usually wait about 10 minutes before I see a face, this is unacceptable. If they are short staffed or busy that’s fine, but acknowledge your customers and let them know that someone will be right with them. I don’t understand what’s going on when this happens every single time I come. It’s very disappointing as this is the closest Pizza Hut to my house. I dread going in the store to be ignored and this is a safety concern to have no one at the front of your store for a long period of time.

Probably not coming here again. Got 2 pizzas delivered, one of them was wrong, no big deal we’ll call. Can’t get ahold of anyone, get put on hold constantly to just he eventually hung up on. The phone number isn’t even the stores number its a center that “transfers” you to the store. I have a newborn otherwise I would’ve just gone down to the store myself but this is ridiculously bad service and I don’t think it’s worth the risk or hassle to come here and have to deal with again
