That chik fila sauce is just awesome. Combined with the waffle fries, it’s the best in town for sure. I love the chicken, services is always on point. I really don’t know how to even complain about this place. I always end up spending more than I’d like for the amount of food, but I don’t ever leave feeling disappointed with my meal. Spicy chicken is actually pretty spicy, so just watch out. Definitely a top tier fast food place in town!

This Chick-fil-A is just like all the other ones. They are consistent and that is kinda refreshing. The sandwiches look like they are slapped together but the taste is pretty good. The staff are super friendly and are working hard. The are doing the best they can and are doing an excellent job. They crank it up when they have a rush of people but the quality never goes down. My recommendation is to go at off peak times and they get you in and out very quickly. In my opinion this Chick-fil-A is doing a great job! Way to go!

They are friendly and courteous, but I think they might be under the impression that they are required to use the warming lamp. I keep getting food that is not so fresh. I can deal with the chicken, but fries really need to be fresh to keep me coming back.

I Love Chick-fil-A but the one thing these people can’t seem to do is put a sauce in a bag. It’s very irritating when you’re in the drive thru line because if you don’t check immediately before they just turn around and try to ignore you before you can say you tried to get there attention in an adequate. You’ll be left waiting food getting cold no sauce in hands. But if you didn’t check and left but still decided to go inside to acquire said desired sauces you’ll now be left to wait in line, told others who haven’t even figured out what they want are more important than you and your sauce less sandwich and fries. Another time I tried for a well earned and sauce-ful lunch I thought maybe take out will be where the sauce gods rain praise on there devoted followers but neigh not only am I ignored by these green men and woman disguised in red hoarding their beloved sauce until their avarice and pride consume them but after I get my meal and they do their petty quick turn and run I am left waiting another 10 mins before a noble sauce night can bless me with my beloved chic-fil-a sauce.

Used drive-through, asked for Bar-B-Q sauce, sweetener, catchup. Two were listed on our recipe but didn’t get any. Just how hard is it to put condiments in a sack? They were not buisy in drive-through at all when we come through. I had been on a medical fast for two days, and I was starving. By the time we made the circle to drive back through my food was cold. Chic-fil-A in Ardmore has been great every time I’ve been there, but Ada location dropped the ball on me. I didn’t receive any napkins either and didn’t notice till we were on road going home. I did go in and use the resources and they were very clean.
