Yes, their docks are very tight, you have to back up from the street, but, very helpful, polite, respectful and hardworking people. Once they had a dock for me, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very efficient people, you can’t compare to other chicken plants. 6 drivers ahead of me but I was gone within 2hrs of checking in.

My appointment was 11:00PM they give door 6:30Am next day that is fine but the problem was the way he loaded me single and double the load was combos so once I hit the break combo will go off the plate and I have that problem so make sure when they loaded I’d drive single and double combos will move forward,

Thank you reviews! I called ahead because I was delayed at another stop “US Foods”, and I was checked in by phone and I was already down the street from Loves. After I was finally done getting unloaded they were ready for me so I just headed that way. Great customer service!!

First off I want to say that I arrived about half an hour before my appointment time. Once I got there I parked in the little mall across the street and called the shipping department to get checked in. I checked in around 2345 and was told by the shipping department they would call me when they had a door for me. Around 0500 I finally got the call to back into a door. At this facility you have to back in from the street. In my opinion this place has one of the tightest loading docks I have ever seen. Not that it matters, but I’ve been driving professionally since 2005. Once I backed into the dock I was told to drop my trailer and go back across the street. They told me they would call when they were done. At 830 I finally got the call to say that they are done. For a live kill facility the wait time actually wasn’t that bad. Most of the people I dealt with were actually quite pleasant.
