When I received my whopper Jr, I opened the wrapper, that looked grease soaked, to find lettuce all over including under my sandwich. My meat was barely half way on the bun. My sandwich was cold, not even slightly warm! The fries were barely warm. It was an african-american guy that made it. I asked a girl named Cheyenne if she was the manager. She told me she was, when in fact I found out she was not the manager. I explained the problem with my sandwich, and with an attitude she asked me if I wanted her to remake it. I told her no. There were 4 employees working at the time, yet after I complained 3 of the 4 disappeared to the back and you could clearly hear them laughing and talking and joking and having a good time while 1 employee named James was running around doing EVERY job in the place. He did counter, drive through, fryer, sandwiches, running, cleaning, literally EVERY job! Not one person came to help. I have never seen a place where everyone was goofing off leaving ALL the work to one person! I’ve never even seen this happen at McDonalds! And we all know how awful McDonalds is. I am stating this loud and clear that lying to a customer DOES NOT make a good manager!!! Rethink that one over Burger King. And I honestly am hoping you all take notice of what a good hard worker you have in James and not only give him a well deserved raise, but a huge recognition for his job in doing everyone else’s job while they played around in the back room!! James, thank you for such nice, kind, and courteous service. Any company would and should be proud to have you as an employee.

Burger King has improved their lineup through the years. Their fish sandwich is very good. Especially improved are their french fries, which used to be kind of cardboard-y, but now have improved flavor and texture. They have a value menu.

It’s 832pm February 23rd went in to Burger King to collect an order for doordash everyone in the kitchen working hard one skinny male employee was very rude to the customer in front of me started throwing chairs around in the lobby and murmuring words to himself about me while I was standing right there in front of him when I said hey what did you say you have a problem he does look down and ignored me shame on you brother. Sorry to all the employees who have to put up with him

So the assistant manager is rude and has a bad attitude and I don’t know when the whole “Your way right away at Burger King” was abolished but the food is still good and they need people with better attitudes. And you guys need to clean. Trash under the tables see pictures. Don’t help a business with bad management staff.
