Absolutely TERRIBLE service.. is always a 30 minute trip sitting at the drive-thru or even waiting inside. They can never find my order. Tonight I pulled up to do a pickup and they had closed the lobby 5 minutes early so they made me sit through the 25 minute line to get my food that was supposed to be ready when I showed up. Would have posted negative stars but apparently you can’t do.

I work fast food and I know if you close at 2 you take order till about 10 to 15 min till so if I put my order in at 1 shouldn’t be a problem…well that is twice this has happened…lazy night shift and liars…told the uber driver they never got the order
