It was in the middle of the afternoon, and they only had a few Donuts left. And they just had them sitting on top of the counter not even in a display case. I wanted to try the chocolate caramel cold brew but they didn’t have any cold brew, so they had to use plain ice coffee. This was not Dunkin Donuts anywhere near their best. Not a great experience.

Got a few donuts today, I was very excited for a Boston cream donut cause I haven’t had one in a while, I’ve been into it in the bottom on the dough was extremely raw, I was very disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy Boston cream donut because almost the entire donut was raw, looked almost straight out of the mixer, very disappointed. I tried to call to explain my situation, no call back, no answer to my voicemail.

Second, watery iced coffee in a row I’ve received from Dunkin’ Donuts, and it was two different locations. Their new slogan should be “Dunkin’ Disappoints.” Other than donut runs for my son, time to switch to Stewart’s and Cumberland Farms for good. Those two are cheaper anyway…

This location used to be so good! It used to be speedy with great staff. Now, even during the morning rush, the service is slow and the workers aren’t the friendliest. Three days ago, I went to get a latte AN HOUR before closing and was told that because they were closing in an hour, the machine was already cleaned and closed. This location could and should be so much better.

We were visiting from out of town and stopped by the drive-thru with our friend. We ordered two medium hot chocolates and two small frozen hot chocolates. When we got to the front the lady took our card and then handed us two drinks and our card back. We waited for a second for our frozen drinks. When we asked about them she told us we did not order anything else and was very short with us. We asked to have them made and we would pay. She told us we had to drive back around order. The second time she hardly said a word. I understand people are short staffed, but there is no reason to be rude when there is a misunderstanding.

The worst. We were the only people there. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 orders of bacon…only one was hot and edible. The other was cold…like see the grease cold! 2 orders of hashbrown…one cooked to the point of being unedible the other order also cold! Then they didn’t put my omelet bites in the bag…when told her at the window we still needed the omelet bites…she looked at me like I was lying and told me to “look in the bag”.
