Good food but it’s pricey and service is lousy. Ordered 2 medium and 2 large sandwiches to-go (no drinks or chips), paid over $50, every sandwich was made wrong and no pickle spears were included (of course I did find out until I was home). It was an online/app order so no chance of miscommunication when ordering. One sandwich was ordered with just bell peppers and cucumber, but we got it with everything except that. The staff is polite, but are more focused on socializing than serving guests. As I waited for my food along with several other guests, we watched as team members socialized, joked, and laughed while only one of them slowly made sandwiches for several guests that were waiting for food, and to top if off, the expensive sandwiches were made incorrectly.

Love the subs. Delicious! But the sitting area is always dirty. At times it’s not easy to find a clean table to sit and enjoy my lunch. I don’t know who’s duties are to clean but I see employees in the back of the counter doing nothing. Customer service not what it used to be. That’s for sure.

Love the food but Staff is lazy. . . Place was dirty and to make things worse multiple times now we go and they’re closing way before their posted time just to be able to leave early. Times are posted for a reason and should be followed especially if it’s fully staffed as it usually is when this happens. No professionalism from this establishment. Simply disappointing. If you want to come here I recommend you coming an hour before closing if you want to be helped. It’s ridiculous.

This is the worst place to eat in all of El Paso except the food is fantastic the service is terrible. If you are lucky enough to get your sandwich it will be good but they are out of everything they’re always complaining that they’re short staffed they have rude kids that work there that don’t do anything but stand around. They try to scare you off by telling you there will be a 45 minute wait. I complained to corporate they gave me a free sandwich so I went back to redeem it and same thing out of meat out of ice out of soda the bathroom didn’t work the chairs were all broken the manager was overwhelmed and at least apologized. The staff was eating while we were trying to get sandwiches

Don’t think we will ever be back. My family of 5 has eaten here many times and their sandwiches were good. Lately they have gone down hill. Yesterday we ordered 5 sandwiches, 2 meatball, 2 club on a sub and 1 turkey bacon ranch. 3 of the 5 subs were supposed to have bacon on them but not 1 of them did. How do you forget bacon on 3 subs???? And now for the Finally……diarrhea!!!! Just lovely. So beyond disappointed.

I’m usually a huge fan of this place and it was a regular stop for me and my son for a quick sandwich but not anymore. Went by hours before posted closing time and all the chairs were up as if they were closed. You could see the annoyance on the employees faces when we walked in…Should have been a sign. Then proceeded to order, out of tea, ice and limes. I asked if they had tea and they said they stopped making it because it was just gonna go to waste. So they pulled it off the floor. So tried the sparkling cherry limeade sugar free..on the instructions when you get the drink from the fountain it clearly states “squeeze lime and enjoy”….no limes. Only had 1 hard old cookie for the kiddo with no selectionof anything else. Same response when asked about where the variety was. Then the sandwich came. Was the worst most poorly built sandwich I have gotten here in 6 years…absolutely terrible. Soggy bread, old bread on top of that and I asked for extras and got only 1 of them. By that I mean like their cucumbers, onions, peppers…etc. We finished and went to wash up and the bathroom was filthy…now mind you im not the one whonsaid anything. A kid who regularly plays in mud and muck said it. He wqs scared to go to the si k to wash his hands…If you close early at least clean up. Sorry firehouse but you lost a loyal customer today..

Lisa Corral left a review with one of the same issues we had tonite…an empty restaurant and greeted with “it will be a 20 minute wait”. We all know there are delivery orders but really? Your employees do not want to work and are trying to sway customers from leaving. We stayed and it was a 10 min wait (reasonable). No ice in machine so cashier took all of our cups that were handled by us and dipped it into an icemaker in back. This is totally unsanitary and unacceptable. 2 out of 3 of us had our sandwich made wrong and they weren’t even busy. I go to other locations and do not experience this type of service.

Ordered and payed on line a sandwich and a bottled soda they have in their menu. I only got the sandwich. When called, I was told they didn’t have bottled sodas. I replied “I payed for the one in your online menu”. Employee responded we don’t sell bottled sodas, we can give you a free soda when you come and get another sandwich. I”WHY would I want to spend more money?

Unbelievable. We were told that they were short on staff and that it would take 25 minutes to make a sandwich. There are 4 people behind the counter. People are so lazy. It is literally an assembly line to make sandwiches. Clearly they do not want our business. We walked to Subway next door.
