I was disappointed that we were told this place had good home cooking. When we decided to try it out, I didn’t see that much diversity on the menu or many dishes I would consider “home cooking”. We ordered breakfast, and it was just a tiny step up from a waffle house, right down to the plastic plates, except for the bacon. I give 5-stars to the bacon alone because it was excellent! The hash browns were too sparse. They should be more densely packed together, so you get your money’s worth. The whole place seems to be run by teenage girls which is good to see young people, such responsible, hard workers! Check the hours before you go because they close really early.

Found Alleys on our way home. Traveling from SD to MO… right off the highway, great parking for truck and trailers… service was fast friendly and good. Food was great, PIE is amazing.

Just passing through and noticed this restaurant, the parking lot was packed and we could understand why. The food was delicious, if we didn’t live 130 miles away we’d eat there twice a week.

I love Allie’s they always make me feel so welcome The food is delicious, the service and atmosphere are amazing. I wish I could give them more than five stars but bigger tips is the best I can do. They earned big tips from me. So if you decide to stop on by and you enjoy your experience please don’t hesitate to leave a bigger tip they deserve it.

I wouldn’t recommend the Chef Salad. It consisted of a bowl, just a bit larger than a regular bowl, filled with chopped lettuce, some cut-up ham, a few tomatoes and some shredded cheddar cheese. I asked for 1000 island and got the wishbone bottle.
