I’m very disappointed with our order today especially when spending over 60 dollars for the few items we did get. Our child nuggets, sauce, and toy was missing. No dressing for the two Cobb salads ordered and missing sauce for our son’s meal. Can’t blame on Doordash driver because the bag was sealed. Never had this problem in our state. Will not order there again if we visit Charlotte NC in the future.

Visited on 05/29 around 4:30 PM and tried ordering a milkshake and a frozen lemonade, but the very rude woman behind the counter said that the “frozen drink machine” was broken (as if both of those drinks come from the same machine) I can understand that they were busy, but that was a poor excuse for laziness. I would expect something like that if I was at McDonald’s, but this Chick-fil-A experience was very disappointing.

We were visiting from Georgia and stopped at this mall for dinner. After standing in a long line over ten minutes waiting to order, they closed our order line and asked us to go to the back of the other order line. When we did, the person taking the order was rude, acted like they didn’t want us there, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Worst CFA experience ever!

Worst customer service ever. Not once have I came here and heard “my pleasure”. Everyone here has a nasty attitude, especially the Latina lady that works here. She always has a nasty expression on her face and is just flat out unpleasant. I work in the mall and I love Chick-fil-A, but I will no longer be able to spend my money at this location on my lunch breaks due to how pitiful the workers are.
