Every table was filthy, no one came to the lobby to even clean any off. Shuffling papers under the table with our feet as we ate we made sure that the packaging from our food was on the table to protect from whatever was on the table after we wiped it down ourselves. Seem to be a place where people could just come and brush their hair at the table and then leave without even purchasing anything. Look around at the people brush your hair onto the table and then she walked out. That doesn’t say much for the company nor does it say much for the cleanliness. It felt like whatever happened in the lobby was irrelevant to the employees behind the counter as if the counter was their barrier and they weren’t able to make the lobby presentable. Probably won’t go back might try the drive-thru definitely won’t step foot in a bathroom there again. Unless I want my shoes wet. Our meals were two Gyros with a drink and fries fries were super dry like they’d probably been sitting there over the time they should have traveling 6 hours to this town and then encounter a terrible lunch like this he’s definitely makes me want to take a lunch with me next time. There was no self pride in their work just seems like they wanted to shuffle people through for the money. Not impressed

Just drove from coulee dam to omak for my 91 year old mom she wanted to try fish strips, went through drive thru ordered two beef and cheddars and two classic chicken and five pieces of fish and fries with coke. Got the coke and two tarters but no fish and fries also no sauces for sandwiches that I asked for! Figured everything in the bag !!! I guess young guy at window wasn’t smart enough to complete the order!! Just drove 100 mile round trip for nothing and lost $15 dollars for nothing, just lost a regular customer for ever!!!!

My boyfriend and I got large strawberry lemonades and the cups were like a medium size. The Buffalo sauce for the vhivken wrap was way too hot for my boyfriend so he ended up throwing the wrap away. I got the French dip which was really good.

Rude drive thru service, out of stock of basic supplies, refused to acknowledge food allergies and refused to honor the 2 for $7 roast beef deal if persons have food allergies. Will definitely not return to this location.

After a long hard morning my fiancé and I stopped at Arby’s in Omak Wa and ordered food. He asked for the number four and they charged us for a buffalo chicken wrap and that’s what we ended up getting. When he approached the counter he was greeted with an attitude. He said that he had ordered the number and received the wrong thing. The lady gave attitude and yelled to get the order right. He waited to the side where he saw his burger that he originally ordered get chucked from the back onto the front counter top. Will NOT be going back to this place. The attitude was absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary.

Great fish and French dip dip with Swiss cheese sandwiches. Especially for the price. I think it is a healthier place to eat if your after a quick fast foods meal on the go. It also saves you lots of money if your going grocery shopping and haven’t eat yet.
