I visited this store at noon while it was very busy. All the staff were hard at work. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a veggie sub. The gentleman operating the slicer apologized for my wait while he carefully cleaned the slicer before cutting the cheese for my sandwich removing all evidence of the meats previously cut. It meant a lot to me that my order was prepared with such care and courtesy. I’ll be back fir sure!

Noticed when I walked in that the counter wasn’t clean. Meat and cheese dried out. This use to be the best and I use to come here all the time but it’s really gone down hill over the years. I got really bad food poisoning after eating here. They also try to rush you out and two people were asking me so many questions at once that I didn’t get correct change back and they ran into the back room before I realized they still owed me $4. I’ll never come back. Shame.

I love every Port of Subs restaurant I go to. Their sourdough bread is excellent. I love to get double meat and pickles. The pickles are so garlicky, crunchy and just wonderful. Most employees seem to like their job and the young adults working here tonight were each pleasant and friendly. The sandwich was awesome and even if you skip the bread and go for a romane lettuce leaf wrap instead, you can’t go wrong.
