Very filthy bathroom. I don’t get a chance to come and Dairy Queen very often. Unless I really want an ice cream blizzard. They overfilled my blizzard a little bit too much. so I went upfront for a lid. I was ignored. No one came to help me. Drive threw lady looked at me twice and still ignored me.

I love dairy queen but today when I ordered a kids meal my daughter wanted to change her soda for a bottle of water. The new cashier girl didn’t know how to exchange or substitute so she called her manager who was a rude behemoth with glasses and no name tag, who I suppose didn’t know how to substitute the water so she took the cup away and charged me for the water alone… then upon leaving we asked for a lid for a blizzard and cashier Sarah c. Gave us a flimsy soda cap… some simple minded employees who do not think. Filthy bathrooms.

Overall just not great the last several times I’ve been there. Food comes out cold. The workers are not the friendliest, borderline a bit rude at times. I get that they are short staffed, but every where is short staffed and can can still manage at least a smileless “thank you”. The building itself is never very clean.

Asked for a banana shake and they gave me a vanilla shake told them I wanted a banana shake she remade it and it was vanilla was very dissatisfied I didn’t feel like holding the line up to see if the third try would be correct. Not happy.
