Food is almost always not seasoned or not cooked all of the way (rice consistently has no lime or cilantro and beans are almost always undercooked). Orders are consistently wrong and the store tends to be out of every other item – chips, sodas, toppings. Maybe 1 out of every 4 meals here is ok – not great. Really disappointing.

I regret my order of two burrito bowels and a bag of chips. The chips were stale, what the F. The chicken was small and burnt, as if it was the last remainder scraped off the frying pan (see picture). The brown rice had crunchy bits. The food and queso had a sour taste to it. I knew I should’ve just ordered Chinese. After working 12 hours and having nothing to eat all day, I get served stale chips and burnt chicken to eat. I’m so mad. Had I not ordered take-out, I would have asked for a refund. Never eating at this location again. I’ve been to other Chipotles that had yummy, fresh food, but your location sucks. I should have listened to the reviews. Usually with reviews I like to give the benefit of the doubt because people are picky, but this place really is lame. Hopefully I dont get food poisoning. Oh, and my daughter just told me her burrito bowel is gross and she refuses to eat it. I ate mine though because I was hangry, but now I’m paranoid about food poisoning, thanks.

Inside was closed when we came around 5pm. Ordered online and used the “drive thru” lane. Once I got home my bowl was missing fajitas veggies, no side sour cream or corn salsa like I ordered. My husbands bowl had no queso which we paid for! Receipt reflected that I ordered everything correctly. When I tried calling up there, no answer for over an hour.

Clean dining area and restrooms. Friendly and courteous staff and most importantly the food was as good as anyone can ask. Fresh and flavorful. Chipotle in Richmond area seems to have declined in every aspect but visited here after a trip to the beach and chose here due to the 4 star reviews it had currently. I give it 5 with no reservations. Thank you!

i always place pick up orders and arrive on time before it’s even scheduled to be picked up to ensure my order won’t be cold. it always is cold either way. today when i rolled up to the pickup window the young man working there opened the window and proceeded to just stare at me. Never asked for a name or a simple hi how are you. common respect and manners don’t exist anymore. i eventually told him my name after having a staring contest. got my cold food then got home to realize there was a leaf. a LEAF. in my food. i ordered a burrito bowl. looked like one of the leaves from the trees outside. how do you not notice that? especially while preparing the food how do you not notice a leaf? not even from salad, a hard a$$ leaf.

I’m so sad this is my local chipotle…it’s always something. Literal staring contest while waiting to order. At this location, don’t expect to be greeted, asked what you would like to order, or which rice or beans you want (she just pointed to the bowl). I spoke to the manager because the employees were yelling across the back counter, and being rude to each other. This location is less than 10 mins from my house… I don’t want to have to drive farther for better customer service. Please do better!!

The tables was DIRTY, the little girl making the food was rude and acted like my daughter was bothering her telling her what she wanted in her bowl. She gave my daughter as little of food as possible, they didn’t have any forks. $11 for a bowl that wasn’t even filled the way it should have been but if I asked for more they would have changed me extra. My daughter has only eaten chipotle twice so she’s new to making her own bowl and the girl was acting like my daughter was taking to long, she closed her bowl so fast, my kid couldn’t even ask for lettuce. I was going to go back in there and tell her about herself but my kids said nah. The cashier, it was a guy was super nice! I won’t be going back to that location and actually I’m going to be making a report to corporate about it. She definitely need to find a new job that doesn’t deal with customers cause she’s rude.

I love chiptole, but this one maybe had a bad night. I was gridlocked in their parking lot for 30 minutes trying to pick up my order. It was as if the restaurant was closed down. 15 people in line and no movement at all. Had to cancel and hop a curb to get out.

Staff were kind. I been threw a lot lately and I entered with an attitude because I misunderstood the online ordering. They guided me to understand for the future and were so kind to me. I’m so embarrassed that I brought my attitude in there with such kind staff. The food was fresh hot and the chips were fresh too. Very good

This was our first and probably last visit to this location, especially after seeing that others have had similar issues here. The store was not clean at all. There was food all over the checkout counter. While I understand that sometimes they might run out of certain items, they were not even trying to make more fajita veggies. They just said they didn’t have them and wanted to know if we still wanted to order. The chips were also stale. All around, not a good experience. And definitely not what I would expect from Chipotle.
