The music was so loud, even after we asked for it to be turned down, that I got a migraine. Two of us four said the food tasted slightly like soap. Cilantro? The ground beef didn’t taste like the typical Taco Bell seasoned beef we’re accustomed to…just plain. No sauce packets. No ice.

somehow they even manage to mess up the beans at this locations, literally all they must do is add hot water and they obviously add cold because there is still chunks of dry bean material throughout every item there. i would stay very far away from this taco bell, go 5 minutes down the road to one with actual employees and not just people standing there for a paycheck

Honestly it’s a toss up on how your food will come out. Sometimes it’s great and other times it looks like they didn’t look at it before boxing it up. I ordered two boxes of nachos. Look at the difference. One box looks great while the other looks like the put canned dog food on it.

This was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. They got my order completely wrong, and when we went back in line, they changed the order, but made us give the old order back. The old order was way more expensive, but they still never gave me a refund and still took the old food back before giving us a new food

Was in drive thru and they charged my card 30$ for items I get every day at the same time it usually comes out to be 23$ and some change . Never over 30$ this is ridiculous and when I call it says phone not working

We went through the drive-through and they got our order wrong. Before we could get our new correct food, they made us give our old food back. Our old food was a lot more expensive so I lost money. They were very rude and called us names.

Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch with a nacho cheese shell and tomatoes. Paid for tomatoes and none were on my meal, also this should come with spicy ranch and there was none. Absolutely unacceptable.
