I did ask for no sausage and they put it on there. They didn’t offer to make it right. It was still good. Nothing against sausage I’m just not a fan of it. I got stuffed crust meat lovers, and it was very good.

I’m back as a customer! We had a bad experience years ago and had stopped going, but I’m ready to be a regular. I love their thin pepperoni- no one else comes close. My husband loves the pan- thick and loaded. The pizza was hot, loaded with toppings and delicious.

In the past, I haven’t had very good experiences with this or any other pizza hut. I actually haven’t ordered it in years because of that. I’m so glad I gave them a shot last night! I just moved in the area about 2 months ago and have been at this location about 5 times. They are really nice and I haven’t had one problem with my order. The lady Arvie, I believe is her name, is super nice and welcoming! Every time I come in she talks it up with me and even remembers my name. As someone who works in the service industry I know how hard it is to keep a smile and positive attitude the entirety of a shift! So to her and the rest of the crew, Thank you!

Pizza is always flat and wings are always dry. I always order hand tossed. Called to complain and manager said the same thing over and over about not being enough dough so the pizza are thin. Now why would I want it remade if it’s going to come out flat again. It becomes a problem when it’s constant. I just don’t want my pizza flat! He hung up on me too. Don’t get me started on how it looks inside.

I am very disappointed with my food. I ordered a large pizza and wings.The food took an hour to arrive and at that was cold and you could tell the pizza was sitting there a while. Although the wings were cold as well they tasted fine is it fine after they were warmed up. Is. The pizza however tasted weird and wasn’t fresh at all. I called to complain and see if I could get my money back, since it tasted horrible and no one is going to eat it. I only asked for my money back on the pizza because the wings were decent. The employee Darby said she would give me a $15 credit to order food again. I appreciate the offer but I advised her I prefer to get the credit back on my card. She argued with me that she cut the pizza herself and said it looked just fine. I told her that The fact that it even took an hour to get here and it being cold is bad enough. I definitely understand sometimes they could have busy times or not have enough drivers and the wait time is long you get an approximate time of delivery and I was willing to wait but I would have expected it to at least be warm! The employee had a bad attitude and made it seem like I was in wrong for my dissatisfaction! Smh
