Got the new shredded beef tacos and they literally had a glob of meat in the center. Couldn’t even spread the meat on the bottom of the taco. Pure laziness…I just don’t understand. Can u at least act like u care while u are working. Like I’m paying almost 4 bucks for this taco at taco bell. Taco freaking bell has a taco on the menu for 4 dollars. The Mexican restaurant down the street has real tacos for 4 dollars. If only they were open at 11pm I wouldn’t waste my time with overly priced food when the employees don’t care enough to even attempt to make my food good

Every time I get a quesadilla.. I ask for EXTRA sauce n cheese on it.. look how thin this is.. where’s the extra?? Cheese all over the wrapper, sauce all over the wrapper, when I pay for extra I mean I want it ON the quesadilla lol..So sloppily made. I think they’re way too focused on drive thru speed instead of focusing on quality of the food. The prices are so high the quality deserves to be at least good, spend a few extra seconds on the orders. $17 for a quesadilla, two bags of chips & cheese, fiesta potatoes, and a small slush? Come on. This used to be the BEST Taco Bell in the area, what happened?? 🙁

Manager basically demanded everyone to use the kiosk to order as she didn’t want to do her job. You heard her talking about how high a team member always is. Then she had an interview and when it was over she was talking very loudly about how she wasn’t going to higher her over small things. For example she said she wasn’t going to higher her because she said she would get a manager if there was a problem with a customer. Overall it just felt very much unwelcoming.

How hard is it to listen through the intercom? If you can’t hear I’d advise charging your headsets more often. Come on now, you get $15/hour for what? When someone says NO TOMATOES it’s probably for a reason. Be sure to listen better next time. They could be deathly allergic to tomatoes and who’s gonna get a lawsuit against them because they didn’t listen. Learn your lesson!

I come here a lot. 85% of the time they get my food wrong. I order an ONLY meat soft taco, and I’m always wasting gas to come back up and get my food replaced. I work fast food. It’s not that hard to get a 1 ingredient item right. I came back through tonight, (they had no cars in the drive thru) got met with a monotone “greeting” and when I told them my food was messed up, I got an attitude & was barely able to finish what I was saying. At the window, they handed me the food and slammed the window. I will say that whenever I come through and the skinnier man with the beard is working, he is always so nice and polite. Night crew needs to learn how to talk to customers. I’m saying this as a fast food employee and a teenager. “Thank you”and “sorry” go a long way.
