I went here at 10:30. It opens at 10AM, clearly stated on the front door. There were people “working” inside but they must not have felt like working because they left the door locked.

This place is not far from the plaza and is conveniently close to the local library. It is clean, well maintained and serves fresh food fast. The sandwiches are great and there is a large selection. Kids under 10 eat free at certain locations on certain days, call ahead to save some money. I recommend this location.
