I just moved to the Plano area, and my boyfriend came for a visit. While out shopping, we stopped at Snuffers West Plano location for lunch. The server was exceptional. When we told him that this was our first Snuffers experience, he had great food suggestions, and let us know about their rewards program and daily specials. Each of us ordered the classic burger and loaded fries- both were great! Burgers were cooked to order, and any substitutions/additions/omissions were spot on. The fries are my favorite item! Since then, I’ve dined in once more and gotten Doordash- both from this same location. Each encounter has been just as good as the first. The quality of their delivered items is equal to what is served at the restaurant. I’m sure I will be a repeat customer at this Snuffers. Thanks for a great experience!

Snuffer’s is a “seat yourself” restaurant for those that didn’t know. This location I’ve gone a couple times and sometimes it takes a bit for them to get to you but nothing crazy long, but service has been great here. Most burgers don’t come with fries, heads up. The Dr.Pepper burger is amazing as well as the loaded cheese fries (those are a must!). For some reason the Sangria Swirl isn’t on the menu but it’s delicious for those that like margaritas and Sangria; I also recommend having sugar on the rim.

Favorite! Loaded cheese fries best in town. Bacon blue burger a must for blue cheese fans. Ask how they cook meat to get it to your liken. Slightly different compared to a steak place. Enjoy! Try the blueberry lemonade delicious

7 people at bar. 7 tables sat with 4 wait people. Took 10 minutes to get margarita. Fried mushrooms were soggy. Burgers were ordered plain. One 1/4 pound no cheese. One 1/2 pound with cheese. Burgers came out loaded with veggies. Both were 1/4 pound. Sent them back and all they did was scape off veggies and sent them back. Sent them back and told to make new ones. In the meantime we tried to eat the very over salted fries. Third time burgers came out correct. No one ever asked if I needed another margarita nor how our food was. Had four different wait people so did not know which one to ask for check. Saw two other tables complain too. I guess it was the manager that came by but they did not introduce themselves and all they did was apologize . Worst ever experience at a restaurant. Would give them zero stars if possible or an F for total failure. Corporate really needs to take a look at training, cooking and service overall …
