Absolutely amazing!!! The sushi was delicious and fresh. The employees there were also very friendly. In addition, the dining area was very clean and authentic. The prices were also very good for what the food was worth, and there were SO MANY food options on the menu. Sadly, my family is only here on vacation. Though, if we lived here, I would definitely come again.

I have been coming here for years, but I’m not sure why I haven’t done a review, so here goes. Food is very good and portions are decent. Combination plates at either lunch or dinner to me are the best value. I like that there are kids’ menu options that provide smaller portions. There is a senior citizens discount of 10% on Tuesdays. Their butterfish is very tasty as the reputation for this dish is true. I’d suggest trying these combination meal favorites also; fried oysters, chicken karaage, chicken teriyaki, chicken katsu, tonkatsu, tempura and spicy ahi. Skip the beef teriyaki as it is shaved beef slices. Combination meals come with pickle appetizers and miso soup as well. Sushi rolls are good, and my kids love the udon. It has limited seating, so call for reservations ahead of time, especially during holidays. Parking can be limited in the shared shopping plaza, but there is a little further 2nd story parking that has more spots. There is a small bathroom in the back as well. The staff was fairly attentive, but you may have to get their attention when it gets busy. This is a double $$ meal, but given the food quality, quantity, and overall value, I think it is great. We have been coming for years, and so long as things stay consistent, we will continue to come back.

Great Japanese food, excellent service, reasonably priced, and easy parking. We arrived without a reservation and had about a twenty minute wait. Had to try the combo bento butter fish and shrimp tempura…was not disappointed.

Sometimes lunch wait can be long. The combination plate is the best value with the 2 choices. Butter fish is my favorite choice.

The chicken katsu curry was good. Ramen was also good. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but the food was brought out in about 10 minutes after ordering.

Just got off the plane and wanted some real food before heading to the North Shore and we were lucky to find this place along the way. The service was friendly and food was very good. Especially liked the Butterfish and Tempura. Conveniently located in a plaza with a grocery store next door to stock up at!
