Took over an hour to receive my order. This was the first time I’ve ordered from this company. Ordered the Santa Fe wings eight of them.two of them were questionable if they were wings at all. Barely a half a handful of curly fries that were wet. The whole box was wet inside and out. Flavor was supposed to be hot. It was barely even tasted. Was not impressed. I might give them one more. Try to see if this was just a first time fluke but if this is an indication, it’s not good.

This was the worst experience I had with Its Just Wings. My mother-in- law and I ordered food from the Merritt island location and it was awful. The service was slow, I waited for my food at curbside for over 20 mins. When I got home and opened the Togo box I saw that our boneless wings were barely dressed with the sauces we selected. They barely gave us fries, and the food was cold due to the long wait. I would never order from the Merritt Island location ever again. The food was horrible and the service was terrible. They didn’t even deserve 1 star.

Wings were burnt and cold, with no buffalo flavor. Couldn’t tell my kid’s plain wings from the buffalo ones other than the label on the box. Fries tasted ok but were lukewarm at best, and was only a 3 minute drive back to where we were staying. Had I known beforehand that this was Chili’s way to sell wings I wouldn’t have bothered to order from here. Money wasted, but lesson learned

Out of most flavors most of time, they do not update their site/ lie saying they have it on the website only to wait over an hour for my delivery then be told they are out. What a waste..

Due to delay in DoorDash driver food was delayed which made fries soggy and wings warm, I nibbled on the fries even being a little soggy they had a nice taste to them, the wings were good. I will say it was a lot of food lots. I think I would rather visit next time to really enjoy it…

Okay, so for starters, this is what you might call a “ghost restaurant”. It’s actually Chili’s, just type in the address and verify yourself. Jokes on me for getting duped. But maybe chili’s is upping their game and this will be worth it? The answer is no.

didn’t want to leave a review because I know how it can hurt a business, but I think it’s right to share what your ordering for everyone else. Only reason I’m sharing this review is because I tried calling 4 times and my calls were ignored after my order. I ordered for my first time, I spent $60 on wings alone to feed my family of eight. 6 full boxes of wings all different flavors, were so dry and burnt no sauce and over cooked like they were under a gas station heating lamp all day, me and my family could not even eat them. We had to throw them away. I spent so much….. pizza huts wings were better. Hope that everyone else has a better experience. I couldn’t get ahold of them to get a refund…..worst wings I’ve ever had. Expecially a large amount like that. Not acceptable.
