I ordered on the app. I pull through the drive through and say my name. I say it again when I get to the window. The guy looks around and sees my order isn’t up yet.I wait 15 minutes for a small iced coffee with Carmel and cream just for the manager to come over and tell me they don’t have Carmel. I say okay nbd can I have mocha instead? The lady doesn’t say anything walks away. The original guy comes back 5 minutes later with coffee and practically threw at me I said thank you and got ignored. Also I got vanilla instead of mocha. The one in Marcy is so much better

Coffee is ok but to expensive along with the donuts that have gone up in price and smaller in size . Never go there anymore. I’ll go 2 Holland Farms in Yorkville NY. Way better,and donuts are huge and a local business

Went this morning and received my food bag, went to make sure all my food was in the bag, grab what I thought was just napkins but ended up with a corner of my snackin bacon. Ended up pouring hot grease all over my expensive scrubs. Mad is an understatement!!! I know it’s supposed to be hot but had they not put the bag in sideways it wouldn’t have happened. The cashier never even tried to acknowledge it happened. Called multiple times to speak to a manager and goes right to a message. Can’t even leave a voicemail.
