This review is skewed because I got drive-thru. Obvious it is not the same restaurant that it used to be. Full plates and meals are gone, and I miss those the most. So is the atmosphere of a “semi sit-down/fast food” hybrid restaurant. You’d order at the counter and they would BRING IT TO YOUR TABLE! This was amazing, and the staff was just as amazing, with prices even a college student could afford. The staff would ask how you were doing if they remembered you and ask who you were if they didn’t. Feeling welcome d does not cost a dime. Times change, and much of that is all gone, but the staff are still very kind. I would say that prices are quite good for what you get. Drive-thru was fast and the food was decent. I do like the deals and the extensive menu. Options and choices matter. I’m guessing this is a franchise because back where I live, Del Taco is not anywhere this nice (It is the same logo so I’m guessing it’s the same company). Regardless, I will be back.

My wife and I have been to this location a few times in the past. The food is always good and the service is friendly and professional. The last time we tried to go to this location for lunch the lobby was locked and the location looked closed. My four-star rating is for previous visits. Due to this experience, I cannot give this location a five-star rating.

I went through the drive-thru around 11:30pm 9/21/22. I ordered 2 quesadilla tacos without tomato. One with grilled chicken and one with steak. When I got home to eat, there was no meat in either one! When I called to speak with a manager, the on duty manager told me that he didn’t believe me. He told me that he personally made them after I told him I’d bring it back or show a photo. He told me “So what do you want me to do? Remake it or just give you credit?” The way he said it was demeaning and extremely rude. He also told me he thought I was only complaining to get credit. I have never eaten at a Del Taco before and now I will never return to one. He refused to provide me with his name or his general manager’s name when I requested he provide that to me. I’m completely upset with how I was just treated and called a liar. this was all I had to attempt to eat as I had been working since 8am. A simple act of ownership and an apology would have gone a long way, instead he got extremely defensive and attacked me. You should never treat people that way. I will never return to this restaurant again and I’m extremely upset.

I tried Del Taco last night for the first time. The staff was rude and seemed preoccupied with not working. I noticed my order was incomplete before driving off, I asked the cashier sporting the obnoxiously glued on red wig for my burger. She reassured me it was in the bag…IT WAS NOT. I eventually had to pull the items out one by one, then I was presented with a burger that was incorrectly made. I will just stick with Whattaburger and if the line is too long there, go to Jack N The Box

They must have been short staff and I only saw two people Working, if you call it working at all.I definitely won’t go back there! I never did get any service so I left Left and went down on the street for a chicken sandwich.
