Terrible service. Couldn’t understand order and made it completely wrong. Didn’t understand English, so there was a language barrier. No ink in printer, so receipt was blank. Staff was so busy having a Frappuccino party that it took 15 minutes to make an incorrect order. Confronted staff about everything and they got an attitude until the manager quickly asked what was wrong. Asked for money back, but receipt was blank so they had to pay it back with cash.

Disgusting!!!! I went thru the drive thru everything was fresh surprisingly. However, once I got home to finish meal I get down to almost eating the whole burger n omg plastic. I have called several times no one is answering. This is very unacceptable I have worked in customer service over 10+years.
