Extremity dirty. Womens bathroom is disgusting. No soap, smells like a sewer, floor is filthy. Don’t use the ladies room. The soda machine looks like someone puked on it. I will not go back. Too bad it used to be good.

Personally..I would give this place zero stars. Drove through at 6:50PM on a Friday night. Ordered a chicken pot pie, they didn’t have any. Ordered two beef crunchy tacos instead. Then Ordered 4 chicken tenders with KFC sauce. They charged us $10.50 just for the tenders. Once we paid. They told us to pull over to the side because they were out of tenders and had to make more. We waited 15 minutes for order order. Tenders were not hot. There was no sauce. The tacos were flat, barely had any meat, lettuce or cheese. No taco sauce either. I ordered a side biscuit, no butter or honey. Who is managing this location??? Worst place ever! Avoid going here. Wish we had read the reviews before.

Place was emptied. I waited over 5 minutes at the register to order but not one person came out. They were all walking around on the other side of the food counter. Some were outside just hanging out rather than taking care of customer. As we sat outside eating, saw a vehicle drove around to the drive thru, no one took their order either, so they went around and went inside to order food. Will not be back to this location.

On 7/5/23 I went in to order a simple 12 piece chicken bucket. Was given 9 pieces. On top of it, it was not kfc standard chicken. Dry, over cooked, and down right disgusting. The manager on duty was less then helpful, and seemed very disinterested in her job. I strongly advise corporate to look into these issues, and correct them if you would like further business.

I was in a public service vehicle that did not fit through the drive through. Naturally, we went inside. Sign on the door said lobby was closed at 10 and it was 9. We waited for someone to come to the counter. When someone finally came up they said the lobby was closed. I ask politely if there was anyway we could order inside due to the size of the vehicle and the lobby technically being open. The gal walked away and yelled (*somebody’s name*)you deal with this. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is not the first time, I have experienced this at this location.

So we ordered online left the hotel. went to pick up our 6 person order. and We were told they are closed. Not only are we out of FOOD, but out of MONEY! they took our money online and now we have to apparently try and get our money back somehow. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS

Yuk! Place was DIRTY! Had to clean my table before I could even sit. Place looked like it hadn’t been swept in a week. They were out of CO2 for the soda machine, so water was the only drink option (even though I paid for a drink as part of my meal). Chicken sandwich was pale and soggy. By far one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had!

6/9/23 (family of five) I ordered online for pick up thinking I would get fresh hot food. I was wrong. my order was $62 we got our dinner traveled home (short drive) Thinking to myself why do I not smell the chicken. I get home open everything up no sauce chicken was 12 pc not the 16 pc I ordered the chicken was dry like it’s been sitting there for a few hours this is the forth time I have visited this place in three months and everytime we have had a problem one visit we were even told they don’t have chicken ( 6pm on a Friday night) another the breading was blown or pealed off the chicken I called and left a message and not one of the managers have called me back. I live near by and would not recommend anyone ordering chicken from this place very disappointing and it starts with management. I’ve been a cook for over 25 years I know what it taste like when food has been sitting this order should have been made fresh I wouldn’t have had a problem with waiting on fresh hot food
