Food quality is on par with every other In-n-out I’ve been to but every time I’m here the line moves so slowly. Twice now I’ve spent over 40 minutes in line before I even get to order my food. Safe yourself the time and drive the extra 15 minutes to the one in Eastvale by Costco.

Horrible service longest wait I’ve ever waited at any in n out drive thru …. took 27+ min out of my 30 minute meal break for a number #2 meal…. girl who placed my order let the cars behind me go infront of me and took their orders first??? (2 lane drive thru) over all Horrible experience now I get to eat my meal nice cold and soggy after work!

Very poorly managed location. Very disorganized for an In N Out. I’ve grown up with In N Out, avoid this location. It took me over a half hour to get my order. Once I got to the window they had my order wrong. It’s not worth the wait at this location. The fries were stale at best.

Busy little outta the way location, but service has been poor here lately and last night waited 3rd car back for 15 mins got to window and paid and got drink and waited another 20 mins to only finally when we got their attention that they list our order. Then when we got home with our melted shakes and no ice lemonade to find no napkins and only one animal fries. Sad cause the company has such a good reputation and napkins are one of the things that Harry insisted on being a certain amount per burgers and fries. Anyone that knows the history he has a rule just for product coverage much less just having them for use.
