They got all our orders wrong. My dad ordered beef and onion and got just broccoli, my step mom ordered extra spicy general sows chicken and it is not even hot. I ordered Sesame chicken and it is dry and has no flavor at all.

I ordered TWO (Hot and Sour Soups) from this resturant. I did not like thee smell that came from thee soup. I could not eat it. I explained this to a man and woman that worked their. I tried to return the soup and I asked for a refund of my money. Thee woman was very ( RUDE ) to me several times. She refused to refund me my money, and said to me “they never do anything wrong”, she went on saying that i am thee only customer who have made a complaint concerning this matter. The woman never refund me thee money. I did not want to argue. My experience Was simply horrible.

Such good quality of food for such a fair price. First time ordering from here last night and it was very good. I highly recommend this place! They delivered quickely. HOWEVER, their overall “customer service” is very unprofessional. They are rude over the phone and repeat the same thing without actually trying to help you and that really is discouraging to wanting to order from them again simply because of that.

New Ho Toy has always been decent, but I am not sure if they’ve gotten a new chef or supplier or what, but New Ho Toy has consistently been AMAZING every time I’ve ordered within the last 6 weeks. The chicken in the stir fries is so soft and flavorful, the appetizers are crispy and the fried rice isn’t too dry. Solid Chinese takeout option and always super fast and hot!
