We arrived around 858 p.m. almost 9p.m. after family funeral, and the lobby doors were locked. We could visibly see someone sitting on the inside eating, but the doors were locked. We chose this McDonald’s because it’s near the funeral and affordability. We just wanted a quick sit down with the funeral guests and a quick bite. McDonald’s associate stated they are short-staffed with only 2 associates there when visibly we could see more than 2 employees there, and they attempted to hide. Please staff this location appropriately and if the lobby is closed due to staffing, make it reflect online so people don’t waste their time driving.
