Quick pickup got me once again enjoying Papa John’s pizza. I’m no pizza connoisseur and I enjoy about any kind of pizza. Put some tomato sauce, a good amount of fresh toppings and quality meats on a decent crust-I’m in. Papa John’s has always been a fav of mine over a number of chains. I enjoy their thin crust with a variance of styles, sauces and ingredients and have always come away satisfied. This store was clean, staff were efficient and friendly and my order done right.

Walked in to order a pizza and they told me 1 he. Yeah right, your pizza sucks.I was at food lion and thought why not. I wouldn’t wait for that pizza for 15 min let alone an hr. Especially for a walk in order. Got me Chinese in about 10 min. Bye bye Papa Johns.

Our food was great, and the service when we picked up was amazing! What was terrible was not getting exactly what we ordered. We asked the nice young gentleman serving us if they were now using a call service and he said yes. Unfortunately this is one of the reasons we no longer order pizza from many chain restaurants. Hope this can change.

Papa John’s ads show the pies covered in toppings. I ordered a lg mushroom with pepperoni on half…a loaded slice had four slice of pepperoni, and as a whole the mushrooms were negligible… my mother like your pies, I would never buy them for myself, nor recommend it…I could do DiGorno better and pay less.

I usually don’t order from Papa John’s but I did last night & as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with amazing energy! Wayne & Rashawn totally won me over they even carried my pizzas to my car & this is why I’ll order from Papa John’s on pizza night every time! Ordered 4 pizzas, recieved 4 and what we recieved were same size as 3 small and 1 medium. Cost was $83 When you call in you get the run around and then placed on hold. When you call back they hang up on you….do not recommend. Wouldn’t let me post unless I give atleast 1 star. Am a local and will be letting my guest and anyone else not to order from this establishment. Mgr needs customer service classes. Highly recommend Dominos or Surfside Pizza & Italian.
