Only customers in the store when we ordered, with 4 employees working. Had to ask us 3 times about a potato order and forgot to make an item. Employees were too busy laughing and joking together to service us or the customers after us. Poor experience and customer service.

Its organization makes excuses and doesn’t take accountability. If it’s not a company ooss they could care less about a customer loss. I strongly believe one of the employees stole money out of my lost wallet but the manager called me and was very rude and basically said it wasn’t their problem. Food is fine but customer service and business management not so much.

Food not made right. Poor management at night. When does a trainee tell someone with a name tag what to do. No one came from the back to help out front-end people. Lately have been understaffed (im sure because of covid NOBODY wants to work anymore) but all employees are still very positive and in a good mood when i visit. I work next door so eat here quite often. Even when they are busy my order is correct and ALWAYS hot!!

Ordered a steak sandwich with fries, and a cold sandwich. Steak came first then 5 min later the fries came, then another 5 or six min the cold sandwich came.. so we ended up not eating together.

Haven’t had Hobo for a long while. I had a Number 11 regular. The bread was very soft and fresh. I also had the broccoli cheese soup. Was a great lunch. And that store was busy right at 11 am. They had at least 6 people working so everything flowed and was served quickly. Very nice staff!
