Today at around 12:56pm I went to this location to order my food and waited behind a white truck for over 10 minutes. I got frustrated and decided to go inside the Panda Express just to find out they gave my order to someone else. They took 3 minutes trying to find my order but I saw them give my bag of food to the guy in the white truck already. Not to mention by the time I walked inside the guy with the white truck was still at the window. Doing what? I have no clue. They wasted my time and gas horrible experience. I have sent corporate a complaint about this location. I forgot to mention also they gave me hard rice (look at the picture) disgusting. 99% broccoli and no beef wth. Get it together it’s fast food not a 5 star restaurant.

They only gave me 2 egg rolls when I paid for four. Every single plate we ordered was poorly served. You can see how the bowl is almost half empty.

So I went there today to get food for dinner since I wouldn’t be home, I ordered food that I’ve gotten before and it wasn’t suppose to be spicy at all but they had dumped chili flakes on my food and I didn’t notice since I’m visually impaired, I can’t eat spicy food because it makes me sick so I can’t eat what I had gotten, this means I don’t get dinner tonight and another thing is they had given me a Coke Zero when I asked for regular coke. This has been the only problem I’ve had with them before but it still upsets me because I spent good money on food I can’t even eat.

Where’s the beef and chicken? I ordered a family meal and the package seemed lighter than usual. Get home and the food is not filled to the top. Containers were missing an 1/8 of the food. I guess the workers are trained by the franchise owners to cheat customers by adding less food to save on costs. Other Panda Express restaurants don’t scam you as much as this one.

Came to Panda Express for dinner. They were out of a lot of things which was understandable due to Covid. But we received spoiled steamed rice. Regardless of the shortage any business is going through you do not serve any one something that is spoiled. There was a stench, discoloration and webbing from the rice. My cousin didn’t noticed it and put a spoonful of it in his mouth. So I called Panda Express and Spoke to MJ the assistant manager to call about the spoiled rice they gave us. She apologized and said to come back and the entire receipt was on them. Came back the next day and MJ wasn’t there. The employees said they followed her notes about only covering one meal. They got her on the phone and she said she didn’t mean to tell us that the entire receipt was on them. Next time you offer to correct your mistake please correct your words as well. Thank you for the first bad experience we ever had with Panda Express.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. I got something else and tried to have them replace the wrong order. The woman behind the counter told me I wouldn’t need to scope out the wrong order and throw it away but keep the rice because they got the fried rice portion correct.
