This Dunkin donuts is the worst in Miami. It’s early in the morning and they have stale old donuts from the previous day or who knows. Even the cashier said they’re serving old donuts. Every time you order a bottled soda the machine the cooler is completely empty. I asked the cashier why they don’t fill up the cooler and she said she has no idea lol So they give me a hot 20 oz bottle with a cup of ice. This place must be losing alot of business to Wawa

I am on the Keto diet and I love I can order my eggs bacon and cheese separately. Everything they have for breakfast is delicious. I love my food fresh and hot. I highly recommend Dunkin’ Donuts they always have new items coming to their menu and the attention that I receive in Dunkin’ Donuts is excellent. I love Dunkin donuts.

They didn’t have multigrain bagel which was fine w.e. but I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The girl you took the order seemed to be in a big rush however upon looking inside the restaurant there was not a soul in there. This was yesterday around 12pm btw. I was trying to get back to work and didn’t feel like having anything big for lunch. I ended up getting a regular bagel, asked for it toasted and cream cheese once again….

They don’t have the newest donuts for Valentine’s promotion, nor the new flavor latte. I ordered online and the server was very rude letting me know that they didn’t have anything from my order but still it was accepted in the app and my card was charged.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. The workers here are so rude. There’s a Spanish lady that’s always screaming through the drive thru and then always has an attitude when you drive up to the window. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and I noticed that my coffee is missing the new cookie butter cold brew so I mention it to the lady and I literally see her just put whip cream and wlak to the back with my coffee to come back and hand it to me and she says there you go hands me the coffee & I walk off. As I notice i realize there’s no Cookie cold brew foam it’s just the whip cream so I go back to the drive thru and she tells me oh there’s no cookie cold brew….. I told her why did she say she added it she literally said “idk it wasnt me so” so I drove off like you couldn’t have the decency to tell me hey we don’t have anymore but let me still charge you for it and pretend that we are adding it. NEVER coming back here again. Paid $5 for a coffeee and didn’t even get what I asked for. Do better it’s the least you could do you work at Dunkin’s like cmon. If you hate your job that much then go somewhere else.

Convenient location with friendly staff turned into a not so friendly staff. I went for Two Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches for $5, and didn’t want one of the ingredients that it came with so I told the cashier no bacon. The rude cashier charged me more because I didn’t want an ingredient that I was allergic to. I paid the extra a left. She said that I could deal with the manager when they get there. She is African American like myself about 5’8″ short natural hair.
