Always out of chicken. I do not mind waiting at all but on our most recent visit the staff was extremely rude. They seemed annoyed of about our presence and that we decided to order food and wait for it to finish cooking.

I just went threw the drive threw it’s 10pm they close at 11pm the lady on the other end of the speaker said “they are all out of chicken” all out of chicken all not some all!!! No nuggets no sandwiches “no more chicken till the truck comes in in the morning!” Is what she said!

I’m not sure how this location even has a 3.3 star rating. I’m sure the employees are good people. But the food is horrible. My husband picked us up some dinner tonight and it cost us $60. $60 for French fries that I would bet my soul had been sitting under a lamp most of the day. Macaroni and mashed potatoes that were nowhere even close to fresh. Biscuits that were old and dry and chicken that they said was being made fresh but was NOT fresh at all. And it’s frustrating because $60 is a lot of money to spend on a meal that horrible. I ate some of my chicken and threw out the rest it wasn’t worth attempting to try to finish. I know things are hard and times are hard but this is absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous. We could have spent that money at Outback and gotten a much better meal. We decided on KFC because it had been a really long time since either of us had anything from there and thought we would give it a shot. Never again. There is no excuse for the extremely poor and disgusting quality of food at this establishment. I do not recommend eating here at all.
