I usually order from here 10 to 15 times a year and am satisfied with the food and service. Until tonight… I called and ordered a pizza for delivery as usual. I waited an hour and still no pizza. I called and they told me the order was never placed so I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged. Needless to say they offered to try again but I was not about to wait for another hour. Place had really gone downhill.

Worst place to get food! Would put zero stars if I could. My husband and I went to get a pizza after work, the girl at the counter, Stephanie, cashed us out then didn’t wash her hands and went right into making our pizza. She had a ring on one hand and two hair ties on the other wrist AND had open cuts while handling our food. No hair or beard net was worn by any of the employees and the gentleman helping construct our pizza was playing on his phone in between placing toppings and WIPED HIS FACE OFF WITH HIS HANDS AND CONTINUED TO MAKE OUR FOOD. The young lady started to get rude when we voiced our concerns and asked for a refund. Will be contacting higher ups in the morning. This is not safe food to eat by any means.

I’ve tried two times to order from you and the staff doesn’t understand what I’m talking about and they don’t know where our houses were like literally the corner of Seneca in Gardner Road in Bellevue. I usually give two times this time is too too many. I know it’s hard to get help right now but my goodness please train your people they’re awful God bless and good luck

Staff is always friendly still, used to order here every week now my orders are always messed up. Had two orders delivered to me in a 3 hour window today, both pies and cheezy breads were messed up both times. Really hope they get it together but for now i’ll stick to the competitors.

Pizza toppings were all lumped together instead of being spread across entire pizza. Sauce had a bad taste. Tried to get problem resolved but person on the phone wasn’t cooperative. Tossed out pizza and ordered a new one from Pizza Hut
