We pulled into an ordering station and ordered 2 pretzels. The ordering kiosk had a slight delay on finalizing my credit card payment, but it finished eventually. The issue was that it was processing, but the screen was blank. So, I wasn’t sure if it was working or not. The food came out pretty quick after that.

I stopped by to get my favorite drink. I paid by card from my car. Thought the price was a little higher than what I paid for a larger version the other day in Colleyville. I drove off didn’t get a receipt, got to thinking about it and called them. I told them what I had and asked about the price and he said yes that’s what it is. I downloaded the app and tried every combination I could and never came up with that price. Not going to do that again. I wish employees would take time to explain if someone goes to the trouble of calling to question the charges that were obviously wrong.

Happy Hour at this location is a joke. I stop by yesterday 5-23-2023 – around 2:15 all the stalls were full except for 1, Now they did have stalls closed too – (cones in place). Lucky me I got the last stall that was open. Order a large tea and 3 sweet n lows. Now is is 2:24, no tea, Buzzed again waiting for my tea please, “we will get it to you”. It’s now 2:30 – No tea, I just left.

Every food item I receive from this place is either Luke warm or not fried til crispy at all. I get drinks and ask for easy ice and get a cup full of ice but the biggest problem for me is the food. Got cheese fries and the fries aren’t Crispy at all , they are always soggy and soaked in grease and cold. Today got a bacon egg and cheese toaster with no egg asked for crispy bacon and the bacon is soggy and almost raw, the toast is not toast at all and it is so greasy I could put it on my ashy elbows. Someone needs to fix this problem, all I get from this store is an upset stomach. If you want good food I recommend the one off of 360 and glade.

I ordered $23 bucks worth of food at this sonic and it was missing a couple junior burgers. They brought me another bag that was supposed to have two junior burgers in it but when I got home it only had one. So I had to drive back to get the last burger. They made it right and gave me a coupon for next time but it was still a pain. Always check all of your bags before you leave. Rookie error on me…
