Food was great. Got a family size half cowboy pizza with added green onion and half murphy special. Brought home and cooked immediately. Followed instructions on the sheet folded into the plastic on the pizza. Crust was great and crispy, toppings were fresh and there was plenty of cheese. Staff was kind and patient when asked questions about their menu. Store was clean and well maintained. Great experience.

Their Pizza is okay but was disappointed they didn’t have any pumpkin spice bars left. We ordered online and when we got there we found out that they were out and I asked for a partial refund but they said they were unable to since it was an online order. Instead, they offered me an extra cheese bread. It was acceptable but still a disappointment. The staff was nice and polite. The only other thing with the family size pizzas is the cooking instructions at least for us seem to take almost an extra 10 minutes then what is printed to actually get a golden brown crust. The pizzas do tend to have a lot more bread on them than toppings. We had some coupons for them so we thought we would try them out but I can’t say that Papa Murphy’s is going to be our go-to pizza source.
