Located in TJ Max Mall, this place is so good. I had the margarita pizza, 2 slices and a soda for under 10 bucks. Not only was it a great deal but the pizza was fresh and delicious. Definitely not the best pizza in the world. It ranks right up there with Frozen pizza. Not much topping, very very dry. I’m wondering if it had any sauce at all. The large seems to be very 12 inch. Yet it cost $30. In fact I’m pretty sure they gave me a medium by mistake. It was my first visit but I’m very disappointed. I could get better pizza from a vending machine.

This place is really good and now is my favorite pizza spot. The pizza brings back so many memories of Oceanside old school spot Manhattans pizza which was shut down years ago. But they had the giant pizza that this place has. I would recommend this spot to anybody. A bit pricey but well worth it

We ordered a large cheese pizza on DoorDash with peperoncinos, onions, and sausage. Unfortunately our pizza was delivered burnt. We were starving after a roadtrip and ate it (also because we paid over $40 for this pizza and a greek salad). Very disappointing. Not sure why they thought this was acceptable to even send to the customer.
