First I want to say I love my Black Owned business however I was pretty upset with the service on my first visit. I first called to place my order and the phone lines were fast busy then the phones just rang. So I decided to go up there. When I arrived it was about 12:15 pm the doors were not open. Then I was finally let in. I placed my order finally at 12:38 pm. I did not receive my food until 1:35 pm. Once I received my order my green beans were in a container that looked like they came straight out of the can. They looked nothing like the presentation photos no seasoning no nothing. The mac and cheese did look promising. The lamb chops were great!! Overall I will still state this was not what I expected but constructive criticism goes along way.

ORDERED SPECIAL THEY TOOK 1hour 45 mins after saying 30 minutes with customer volume at the given time. I JUST returned this week for another to give them another shot because the food wasn’t bad. This time I ordered was told it was busy so it will be a wait & I will be called when the food was ready. I got a call a n hour later telling me “the restaurant was closing so where you at? how far are you” I raced to the restaurant 15 mins until closing. still no order ready? they asked me what I ordered then told the cook it was what they needed. DO BETTER I left won’t be back.

This food is AMAZING!! I don’t like anyone’s wings better than my husband’s but THESE are an extremely close second. The steak bites are not only tender but seasoned perfectly. The Grilled Turkey Chops, the potatoes the street corn just ALL OF IT IS FANTASTIC! We will definitely be back to try other items on this menu

Carry out only. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. The staff is friendly but professional. The food is always delicious. Last time, I ordered Mac & cheese w/ shrimp. A BBW Burger and a fried chicken sandwich. I usually only order the lamb chops. I will come back and keep exploring the menu because I have yet to be disappointed here!!

The individuals working here need a customer service training course. There should be no way a customer can call in an order, be told 30 minutes to preparation, arrive 45 minutes later and the food not be done. That’s not the issue. The issue was me sitting in the small space for a whole extra 45 minutes and finding out at the end they never even had my order taken after being told “yes it’s in just a little while longer” Instead of acknowledging the mistake, you all just pretended to look for the receipt/order. The chef on his smoke break was the only staff member to offer a solution. That’s far from his job but crazy how he knew to do at least that. I will not be returning
