I recently went with my kids and my mother and father n law, to have a quick meal. I’ll tell you that’s the last time I’m going to Burger King. Everything tasted old and was cold, the staff definitely needs help!!! the kids didn’t like it and were upset and crying. We took it home to give to the animals as a treat but they didn’t even want it. I’d rather eat a$$ than to eat at this Burger King again!!!!!

I thought the prices were high, but not sure if it was just this location’s prices, or if it is the same as other locations. If same, then BK is way overpriced. If just here is that high, then I got ripped off! $9 for a whopper jr meal. Not even a large?? Seems way high for just a Burger King.

Tables needed cleaned, chairs had food crumbs on them, practically every one food crumbs on the floor all thru out the store , napkins scattered thru out the store on the floor, was in dining room close to a hour, not 1 I mean not 1 employee came out to clean tables, chair or sweep floor, it was shameful North store

Very handicapped friendly layout. I had no trouble maneuvering my mobility scooter around the restaurant and finding an accessible table. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

My mother and I went in for milkshakes only but decided on onion rings as well after getting the BK app and seeing the great discount for them my 1 star rating comes however because I’ve gone to this same restaurant numerous times in the late evening for milkshakes and they NEVER have the machine working. This evening it was working but the employee has taken it apart extra early to clean it, in order to get to go home sooner no doubt ,but hw put it back together for us with some encouraging however he tells us it will take just a few minutes to get the thing up and going so we waited and waited. I downloaded the app walked to the nearby grocery store and bought a few things came back and waited more and nearly 40 minutes go by and I’m disgusted at this point and we left without milkshakes or onionrings with the employee outside having a cigarette at this point and he gave no response when we started up our car and pulled past him to drive away. Sorry he had to clean the machine again for us but it would have been nice to know that a few minutes meant nearly an hour I could have bought ice cream at that store and made them at home in a quarter of the time lol. We did end up getting a large drink that a delivery driver had forgotten when he picked up someone’s order to take to them so one of the workers whom I happened to have known from school years ago said I could have it as it was paid for at this point and would only go to waste.The only positive thing I can say . I usually love Burger King ,normally the food is tasty and if you have coupons or get the app you can get pretty good deals and not have to pay too much
