My first trip to Carrabba’s was a mediocre experience. I kept my expectations in check when going to Carrabba’s knowing that it’s a chain, but I was still underwhelmed. A few highlights was good service, warm bread, and delicious seasoned olive oil for dipping.

The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make my dining experience outstanding. Even though they no longer have my favorite side dish (Cavatappi Amatriciana), the staff did everything they could to help me though the trauma of losing the side dish that was the main reason for dinning at Carrabba’s! The replacement side was ok but not memorable enough to make me want to keep coming back every time I’m in the area like the Cavatappi Amatriciana did.

This restaurant used to be a favorite destination for casual date night but not anymore. Prices are bloated (this picture is $20 worth of chicken) and service is lacking. The restaurant was not busy but the waitress didn’t take our order for at least 25-30 minutes. She visited our table during that time but would leave before we could order? It was a little strange. Our salads were disappointingly under dressed and smaller than they once were. The only saving grace was that the lentil soup somehow still tasted delicious.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was good, nothing wrong, but not great. The meal did come out in a timely manner, but was not quite as hot as you would hope. A couple exterior lights were out. The bathroom was clean, but definitely in need of some grout repair. All in all it was a good dining experience and we enjoyed the meal and the service.

Awesome experience. Went here tonight for an early Mother’s Day dinner. They were pretty busy even for the Covid drama. The poor server was all by herself doing curbside pickup. She was hustling her but off to take care of everything by herself. Plus she was extremely friendly and personable. We did not get her name but we wish we did. Although somehow our food got lost in the shuffle she was apologetic and took care of us. The only complaint I have is that the serving size seem smaller. But the food is delicious as usual. We will most definitely be back and I hope everyone takes care of their server. Great job young lady!

I’ve been a fan of Carrabba’s for a long time. However, this particular location stood out in a great way. My wife recently found out she has multiple food allergies which makes going out to eat extremely difficult. We called ahead and the manager took the time to understand and help us so that my wife could enjoy her meal. He even came to greet us at the table when we arrived and worked with our waiter to ensure everything was handled properly. I couldn’t have been more pleased. We will be returning and will make sure everyone knows how great this location is. Plus, the food was fantastic. Had the new fall stuffed porkchops and they were excellent!
